High intensity interval training in a fun, quick lunch hour blast! Unconventional methods including battle ropes, sled pushes, medicine balls, and kettlebells. You must have prior experience with a THRIVE coach or purchase 3 one-on-one sessions in order to participate.

Kettlebell-focused small group class that is a curriculum of progression of human movement including mastering the squat, deadlift, swing, press, as well as other unconventional practices of experimental movement and conditioning.
